Pros
Benefits are as good as any large organization, but that is it. New hires being hired in at rate tenured 5 plus years now making. Terrible management in TN call center.
Cons
Micro management by coaches that cannot even do the job. Constant judging and very rare positive. They used to have a culture of support and focus on customer. This has all changed. Very sexist, not what u know, but who they like the best. Cannot keep employees, consistently lie to employees, changes that are all based on getting money out of customer any way they can.
