      Great Culture, Good work life balance, management is very helpful, flexible hours.

      Cons

      Management is too lenient on under performers and most of the employees make use of it.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
