      Good benefits, not much else. Retail pressure and hours are not anyone's idea of fun

      It is all about money, every one is fear based in their leadership style, just trying not to get fired

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
