Pros
Everyone works towards the same goals. Coworkers actually talk to one another and try to improve each other's performance. Customer service is a commitment not just something people say to sound good. Pricing is decent.
Cons
Quota often does not match expected traffic to locations, lack of communication from management is huge. From when I started to the current time the company has shifted away from valuing employees and empowering them. Also, do not work for them if you have a disability - they will use it against you.
