Pros
- many career opportunities within one department and cross the organization if you want to take it - Collaborative across teams - the company takes talent development serious - flexible (depends on your manager, and your work performance of course. If you perform well, and high achiever, you can get lots of flexibility) - open forum with senior executives team
Cons
- long commute for me. - not all managers are created equal. Some are super mentor. Some will promote anyone when there is opening
