      school paid for, good employees, set hours, nice break room, and good boss reviews

      Cons

      hard to get nice hours, culture took a hit, working holidays, and hard quality assurance metrics.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
