Pros

Good not great benefits, flexible scheduling if you plan ahead, Tools and resources are there for success.

Cons

Mid to upper level management has cult like mentality using the "DO" as a veil of Righteousness. Sales managers are essentially hype men that just take the heat when when sales are low, some are helpful while others get by barely existing in the store. And yes, commissions do get restructured often to have less payout, but if you can actually change and sell it affects you less. The expectation for customer facing people to cold call and prospect can be overwhelming at times.

Pros

Pretty chill on slow days.

Cons

The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
