Pros
They train you very thoroughly in customer service and keep employees up to date with technology. If the store is staffed properly they are very flexible with hours and the people you get to work with (in most cases) are usually some of the best people around.
Cons
Low pay, no real room for advancement, must work on holidays, often stores can be understaffed which can be overwhelming and offer no flexibility in hours.
