      You will have some really great co-workers, it is a great team environment. If you put in the work you can earn a lot of money. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Numbers don't matter, but what kind of socks you wear do. Management turned in to drill sergeants and are very nit picky about dumb stuff. They want their employees to be robots.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
