Pros
They pay for your phone service, and have select phones to choose from for free. Employee discounts on certain products. They provide quarterly bonuses, which was nice an appreciated. They often held fun events that allowed employees to learn about the products hands on, and to play games. One thing that can't be denied is how much the company loves giving back to the community, which is great to see for such a large company to be interested in.
Cons
They were so focused on keeping customers happy that it almost felt as if customers discovered the more vile they were to the employees, the more of a credit they would get in the long run. Despite being there for almost two years and making it clear how badly I wanted to advance my career, I didn't feel that I given the chance. I also felt like there was no work/life balance. Every year there is a shift bid, and you can be stuck with an 8 hour shift ranging anywhere from 7 am to 11 pm Monday-Sunday depending on how your performance was in the previous quarters. It was very disruptive to every day life and was difficult to manage having to change my schedule once per year.
