      Can be a fun place to work and good money if you have the passion. Being proactive with sales calls and referrals helps a lot

      Location is a key factor in success at this company, if you are not making calls you wont be making money

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
