You'll get credit in terms of a pat on the back, but the end results will be taken by whoever is leading / presenting. Company promotes a "winning" attitude, but is behind the times in many respects. Claim to have an "agile" mind, but everything takes months or years longer than it should, and those involved are not accountable. Leaders expect you to lead your own way and promise to champion your cause, but provide no direction even when given a road map.
