Pros

Opportunity to make decent money when sales are strong. Good benefits package.

Cons

My first year with USCC was at a WV location and I enjoyed working there and had good supervisors. As an RWC you have to make sales quotas which change monthly. Sales quotas revolve around new phone lines, tablets and accessories. If you hit those quotas you get your base commission, exceed them you get more and fail to miss them you can end up with little to nothing. Culture at the first location I worked was realistic and good. I transferred in 2019 to be closer to home. Here, management expected a cult Iike adherence to company policy and propaganda. You were to live, breathe, and die for the dynamic organization. Any question about policy or failure to rudely promote products to customers was met with disciplinary action. During the covid pandemic we were forced to work, misled and put in harms way. I was fired for working tirelessly to get better and safer working conditions for my team. They called every member of the team in and questioned them to find something they could fire me for. They fired me for failing to LIVE the values of the dynamic organization. I would strongly advise working elsewhere. I wasted two years on this company.

Pros

Pretty chill on slow days.

Cons

The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
