Pros
Upper management really cares for front lines employees. Often making stops in each store and chatting personally. Scheduling was flexible, benefits were good employees were empowered. Very good hourly rate, so one bad sales month doesn't bankrupt you.
Cons
Sometimes were a bit slow for changes. Sometimes would not price plans appropriately. Right now $40 prepaid plan has 8Gb data, $50 postpaid plan only has 2Gb, but commission is heavily geared around postpaid activations.
