      Good place to start and gain experience. Lots of opportunities to work and gain knowledge. Some outside training provided.

      Cons

      Too much overtime and weekend work. Expected to be working within 10 minutes during any off hours time. Don't employees have the right to go to grocery store or otherwise leave home for short time?
