Good Benefits starting on day one, you do have to pay into them.
Cons
It is worse than selling timeshares door to door. At US Cellular the customer is always wrong. If they want a simple plan with a basic phone they are wrong and you must try to upsell them on stuff they do not need or want. If you don't you are wrong and will most likely get fired. If an older lady on a fixed budget comes in to pay her bill, they want you to sell her on a brand new iPhone 12 Max on the top Data plan and with an iPad. You are also required to know how to fix everything that is wrong with a customers phone within your first few weeks.
