Pros
Well paying without degree requirement. Good benefits package including 401k, health insurance, and free phone program for business device.
Cons
While the commission pay is wonderful, if the month has been slow it feels like you need to be looking for customers even when not at work or run the risk of not hitting the sales goals for a commission payout. Unfortunately, the location I was employed at had a pretty toxic, so it was difficult to get the coaching/support needed. Training wasn't the best because when it was time to train with customers, my coworkers did most of the training. When I was tenured, I helped train new hires with my tenured coworkers, taking time away from my sales opportunities and getting no recognition from management or quota relief.
