      Pros

      Strong work culture, great benefits, and strong support.

      Cons

      Much of the 5G network is less powerful than 4G. This is not the company's fault however. Government pressure to speed up the network seems to be at play.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
