      Great company to work for. Truly supports its associates and their overall growth.

      Retail as a whole is difficult at times. Not just for US Cellular. I don't have any cons specific to US Cellular.

      Pros

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
