      WFH pay not awful ,some coaches were not bad

      Cons

      Lie about company being into work life balance,coaches not able to be reached when needed .You are to call escalation or associates questions lines ,which which half time would just ring and ring while customers waited for you to get help

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
