Pros
Tend to give a portion of the bonus even for years when they shouldn't.
Cons
You have to Stakeholder so much before a meeting or a decision can be made - makes getting things done twice as long and way to much time then is needed. Everyone must have a voice and it is very consensus driven. Corporate holiday schedule is minimal aligned to when the retail stores are closed. Often goes through reorganization and lay-offs. High turn over for new employees - difficult to fit into their culture.
