Pros
Hmm... They give you a smartphone to use.
Cons
Terrible hours, schedule changes after it's already been posted, promises of advancement are never followed through on, manager has constant complaints himself because he refuses to even take phone calls. Also, this is a retail position... NOT a telemarketing position, though since the company is struggling to keep their head above water, they now insist that cold calling is a job requirement. Notoriously terrible coverage leads to daily customer complaints. Commission has been restructured several times in the last year, again, because it is clear the company is very clearly struggling. Management's frustrations routinely overflow into employees and people become targets by simply having shown up to work. Complaints to HR are simply pointless and their follow-up process is, itself, a biased parade. Employee turnover is like nothing you've ever seen; I'd say average length of employment is 6 months. Do yourself a favor and work for any other wireless provider. There's money to be made and respect to be had in this industry, just not here.
