Cons
overload of hours (80 + per week), detailed training non existent, extreme amount of time wasted in mandatory phone meetings. left and right hands do not communicate. constant conflict of scheduling mandatory informational overload without checking to see availability between departments. tendered supervisors have not worked in the retail field for so long, they no longer can relate to the huge difference in the industry from the time they began. they use their Dynamic Organization vision statement based on how it suits them, I found it to be hypocritical and one sided. outdated computer programming, is not integrated between POS, ops or inventory, let alone the rest f the company. more focused on how fast and how many associates they can move up in to leadership with out giving them the time and training to actually master the role.
