Good company. Most departments run flawlessly in the sales channel. Good benefits. Pay is fair. A strong player in a very competitive telecommunications market.
Cons
No support from direct lines of management in the Agent Channel. Unrealistic expectations. Unstable roles with changes happening every 2-3 months and not knowing if your role will be impacted or stable.
