Absolutely horrid culture. Toxic. Micromanagement is insane. Expect to be treated like a child even if you’re an experienced employee with a graduate degree. They do not care about your life outside of work (if you have a family for example). Very rigid and inflexible to childcare needs of multiple employees. Revolving door. They’re always hiring, ALWAYS, because they cannot retain employees. No matter how good the benefits are, the toxicity and unhappiness of the employees far outweighs the good.
