Pros

Good benefits, flexible work schedule.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive with current market rates for comparable roles. There is a general lack of formal recognition for high performance and successful project completion. Limited opportunities for internal growth and upward mobility, even for employees who complete advanced professional certifications and demonstrate high performance on projects. Training and professional development resources appear to be disproportionately offered, which raises concerns about equitable distribution among staff. The workplace culture is unfortunately described by employees as toxic.
