      There are many talented and collaborative people work at UTHEALTH. Most everyone is generous with time and expertise.

      Cons

      Limitations on growth potential due hiring managers not appreciating that talent in one area offers many skills transferable to another area. Low pay as well.

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
