Pros

Longer you work here the more PTO you get. The amount of PTO and low cost of health insurance for my family is the most attractive part of my job that keeps me from quitting.

Cons

Administrative staff are not employees of UT we are employees of Insperity. You go to your manager about something and they have no clue how to help you because they are UT employees so they tell you to call Insperitys HR department for answers/help. Nobody in management in the office is an employee of insperity. It would be nice if the entire office had the same rules. Hourly wage isn't based on experience it is based on job title. There are 19 year olds in the office making $14/hr to hangout all day and management doesn't say a word. They do their homework at their desk!!! Appointment schedulers bragging they make $17/hr - they show up to work at 6:45am when the phones don't even turn on until 8am. Thats about 7 1/2 hours a week they are getting paid to eat their breakfast and hangout. $17 to just sit there and wait for the phone to ring. And if you read the yelp reviews or press ganey reviews they are the rudest girls. They have no respect for patients.
