      Set your own timelines, work at your own pace, no micromanaging, make your own decisions about the training you need and take it, most times people are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Requires high level of organization, time management, maneuvering to meet deadlines, working under pressure with last minute grant submission requests. Insignificant salary increases.
