      Good benefits! Flexible work - experience varies based on professor who employs you, but i lucked out. Was able to save hours up to take maternity leave, and work flexibly after.

      Cons

      Not great pay for what you are doing.

      Great benefits and medical insurance coverage, very collaborative atmosphere with faculty inside and outside UTHealth, cutting-edge research.

      Cons

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
