Pros
Great benefits, people are friendly. My supervisor is super mindful that I am getting paid to work 40 hours per week, so it doesn't ask me ever to go over it, and therefore adjusting my workload accordingly. It allows me to have a great worklife balance
Cons
I haven't found a con yet, other than sometimes things moved too slowly
