      The vast majority of nurse educators with integrity have left, retired, or been removed by the administrative "den of snakes" that epitomize this School of Nursing. If you want to observe the Peter Principle in action, by all means visit there. Only a desperate person should even consider employment here. No integrity whatsoever.

      Great benefits and medical insurance coverage, very collaborative atmosphere with faculty inside and outside UTHealth, cutting-edge research.

      Cons

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
