Pros

I've been able to work with renowned experts who are passionate, respectful, cordial and knowledgeable who are doing work to improve health care. The people I've worked with have all showed an interest in helping me develop my knowledge and understanding. The work is something I believe is important and that I find interesting, too. I feel fortunate to have the job.

Cons

The job matches my expectations for a graduate research assistant position. IMHO, a GRA position is not a career-type job, it is a way to have experience-based learning that can lead to professional opportunities.

Pros

Respect between colleagues and bosses

Cons

The pay is not very competitive, but it is only a student research assistant position and is more about the experience
