      Decent salary, great benefits, great manager, love working with my patients

      Cons

      Often work longer hours as a salaried employee without compensation, high patient volume and inadequate staffing causes staff burnout and contributes to high turnover in pediatric clinics, must pay for parking in the medical center

      Cons

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
