Very little PTO and use of PTO sick time highly discouraged Ineffective leadership Poor compensation for the amount of work. Below market value No parking compensation No lunches until late afternoon, sometimes no morning breaks Not treated with respect by faculty Failure to make changes to the complaints people made Poor raises Over worked, burned out
