      Nice work environment, Houston has a relatively low cost of living , and the city has a lot to offer

      Cons

      Houston is very limited in terms of life sciences sector. Weather is a pro for winter and a huge Con for the rest of the time of the year.

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
