Pros

Great benefits Decent Pay Multiple Locations

Cons

This particular group puts a particular MD on a pedestal. He's great at what he does and very nice to patients. His support staff leave a lot to be desired but because of him no one addresses anything. If you get offered an interview for an orthopedic surgery scheduling position in Bellaire run far away. Especially if you are not Spanish speaking. This office is the adult version of high school and middle school. Sucks because the job itself is not difficult. If you interview don't accept less than 60k. Don't be friendly. They don't even say good morning here. I've been here almost almost 2 years and still don't know most people's name. They will talk about you like a dog and get in your face while you're going out with rhem outside of work. They hate each other and it translates into strained work environment.
