      Multiple patient populations, somewhat flexible, good location

      Cons

      deceiving role deceiving benefits , very disorganized, expensive parking, not structured, poor onboarding/orientation. Poor communication with leadership. Will take over your life and free time

      Cons

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
