      Pros

      Tons of PTO, long holidays and fast vacation accruals. Decent entry level roles, ability to grow and move around the university

      Cons

      Many people been in same role for 20 years and refuse to learn or change. Very much set in their ways. Faculty is permitted to treat staff poorly and there is no repercussions.
