Pros

The benefits are good. Can’t say much else.

Cons

Retirement and insurance benefits are good but unfortunately that only gets your staff paid on the lower end so far. I currently have great leadership however that has not been the case in the past. I’ve had supervisors in the past that were borderline abusive to staff. Very political, low pay & tiny raises during appraisal, and low morale. Upper management puts a lot of pressure on our supervisors and then sometimes it flows to the workers. I feel like upper management does not care about anyone and it’s really starting to show.

No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
