      I like the Supportive environment I was attracted by the amount of cutting edge research It's Part of UT System Positive environment Great employee relations

      Difficult to say, I guess perhaps limitations of the academic salaries and limited resources associated with being at state vs. private entity.

      Great benefits and medical insurance coverage, very collaborative atmosphere with faculty inside and outside UTHealth, cutting-edge research.

      Cons

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
