      Office setting away from patients

      Cons

      Micromanaging no leadership. Managers don’t care and doctors maneuver like it’s a private practice. All the people that have been there for for 10 ya plus have left. Racism

      Great benefits and medical insurance coverage, very collaborative atmosphere with faculty inside and outside UTHealth, cutting-edge research.

      Cons

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
