Lots of management people/layers Management is great people, but sometimes the managing is missing in the management and are more friends. OKRs are used, but only in the top tier of management which creates uncertainty in the organisation

Pros

Excellent company culture with a very supportive team environment. Onboarding was thorough and well organized, and there are plenty of resources available to help employees succeed. Training is comprehensive, leadership is invested in employee development, and cross-functional teams are generally collaborative and responsive. Overall, the organization feels well run and employees are set up with the tools they need to be successful.

Great culture, engaged leadership, a true open-door policy, and the agility to pivot and tackle problems quickly. Team member feedback is encouraged and heard.

Cons

The benefits package is not quite top tier, but I've certainly experienced worse. Overall, this has been a wonderful career transition for me.
