Get away from home and see the country.

Cons

Very high turnover, 80% of key people have left the company. Major management issues. Low pay for the amount of work expected. They lie to you when you’re hired. They say 2-3 days a week, it’s typically 5 or more with very long hours. HR is very difficult to deal with if you have questions or issues. Very unprofessional and do not understand simple employee local rules or common job practices. Quality control issues, software issues, network issues, and understaffing are just a few of the challenges.

Pros

Excellent company culture with a very supportive team environment. Onboarding was thorough and well organized, and there are plenty of resources available to help employees succeed. Training is comprehensive, leadership is invested in employee development, and cross-functional teams are generally collaborative and responsive. Overall, the organization feels well run and employees are set up with the tools they need to be successful.

Great culture, engaged leadership, a true open-door policy, and the agility to pivot and tackle problems quickly. Team member feedback is encouraged and heard.

Cons

The benefits package is not quite top tier, but I've certainly experienced worse. Overall, this has been a wonderful career transition for me.
