Okay - Bank Teller UW Credit Union Employee Review

I’m still pretty new, but I’ve seen 2 people just up and leave since I started because of how poorly they were being treated. Management is aware of the issues but doesn’t seem to care very much. All of my coworkers have some type of complaint about how they have been discriminated against by management and how management has been flat out racist. I don’t feel very encouraged to stay with this company. On top of the straight up bullying that goes on there’s also a lot of micromanaging from other coworkers and manager. The micromanaging makes you feel like a child in a preschool, people who do the job well are constantly being brought down with micromanaging about unimportant things, gives you the feeling of being a child in a preschool, but also feels like high school with all the petty drama that comes with it.
