It is understood that the organization's overall well being is of utmost importance, however when difficult conversations were required to be held the managers are left to suffer the fall out. This means the company can remain blameless in the eyes of the community and the managers who take on the challenge of having difficult conversations are left to stand against any disparaging claim made by anyone in the organization. Managers can be replaced.
