We are pleased to hear your coworkers were pleasant to work with and that the schedule worked well for you. However, we are sorry to hear that you have had negative experiences with certain coworkers and management. Your concerns of unprofessionalism and favoritism do not align with our standards of leadership, and we will make sure to investigate this further and address these issues promptly. Additionally, we apologize that our training programs did not meet your expectations. We continuously strive to improve our training programs to ensure our employees feel confident and ready to succeed.
