Pros
Nearly all of the people doing day to day operations are amazing human beings, and I'm priveledged to have worked with them.
Cons
Management is highly political. You are never quite sure of the intent and are often blindsided by information that causes you harm as an employee. I've consistently felt they treat their staff like they are trying to get them "on sale" for a low pay rate. Overall, I equate my 7 years at UWHC to an abusive relationship, and left with many bruises, and most former staff I speak with agree.
