Pros
Lots of opportunities if you are in the right place at the right time or if you know how to play the system. A few good people to work with, but really depends on which department you are in. Good pay and benefits compared to other local health care in the area. If you can stand not getting anything done with all the red tape and hoops to jump thru.
Cons
Management micromanages employees, some managers are good, while others you wonder how they got their job. No one wants to make a decision.
