Pros
Extremely positive working environment. Respectful coworkers who work as a team to put patient care first. There is an emphasis on universal precautions,improving infection control measures an.
Cons
Parking is expensive, and can be far away from clinical buildings in some locations. Outside parking can present a problem in the winter because of snow and ice accumulations on cars. Management in the mid 1990s was greedy and kept nursing understaffed to cut costs. This is not a problem now. Excellent CEO emeritus and new CEO, Donna Bahensky working to maintain a positive working environment.
